  • Yes. You’ll have me there the day before and on the day of the event — running slide checks, speaker run-throughs, and sorting anything that needs support last-minute.

  • Totally fine. Fully Staged is built for evolving content - we’ll work iteratively over three weeks, with room for updates, additions, and the inevitable “can we just add this” moments.

  • Yep. I’ll liaise with your team, speakers, and anyone else involved in the deck. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes slide producer - not just a designer.

  • If the schedule changes, we can add extra support at a day rate - but most events are fully covered within the agreed scope. We’ll keep things realistic and clear from the start.

  • If you’re prepping slides for a big event with multiple people involved - this will save you. It’s not “extra,” it’s the thing that stops you fixing slides at 1am the night before.
