Sales Deck Template System

The Challenge
FORA brought me in to develop their sales presentation templates following a recent rebrand. The brief was to create a set of sales deck templates that felt distinctly FORA, clean, confident, and easy to adapt, while supporting their growing portfolio of flexible workspaces.
The existing company template was too broad for the sales team’s needs, cluttered with layouts that didn’t reflect how they presented or sold. They needed a new, focused system that was simple to use, visually consistent, and built specifically for their brochures.
With more than 60 unique sales brochures to design and produce, the challenge was to build a streamlined master template that could flex across locations, deliver on brand, and still be manageable for day-to-day updates.
The Solution
Refining the foundation
Rather than adapting the wider company template, I created a brand-new master built solely for the sales team. The aim was to remove the noise of the original and design something lean and purposeful, only the layouts they actually needed, ready to use straight out of the box.
The new masters followed the styling and tone of the rebrand but were re-engineered entirely for sales content, ensuring every slide supported their pitch flow, image use, and storytelling style.
Designing for scale
This was a large-scale rollout. I built the full system and designed over 60 individual sales brochures, each tailored to a specific FORA workspace. The structure allowed for fast customisation without compromising consistency, keeping every site’s materials aligned to the brand while still feeling individual.
Collaborating across teams
I worked closely with FORA’s marketing and creative team throughout to make sure the final template and brochures supported how their sales team actually worked. The success of the project led to several follow-on collaborations, including new templates for training, internal comms, and operational decks.
